ESNNA CODE

Code of Conduct Against the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents

The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism of Peru has established a policy to prevent and eradicate the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents through the implementation of the Code of Conduct against ESNNA. This code is a set of principles and actions that must be followed by tourism service providers.

At Ausangate Adventure, we are committed to protecting the rights of children and adolescents by promoting an environment focused on preventing and eliminating the issue of sexual exploitation. This Code of Conduct guides our actions and reinforces our responsibility as a tourism company in the fight against the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA).

The Code of Conduct aims to establish the foundation for responsible behavior and reaffirm the principles, duties, and general standards that tourism service providers and their employees must understand and adhere to in order to prevent ESNNA in their activities.

In this context, it seeks to promote the private sector’s commitment to combating the crime of sexual exploitation of minors, in alignment with the National Policy for the Protection of Children and Adolescents, which is of mandatory compliance.
